Library and Information Research Group (LIRG) seeks new committee members
If you are interested in LIS research and want to assist with / contribute to LIS research events and activities?
Then they would like you to come and join them.
They are looking for new committee members to join them and would love to hear from you if you are a researcher, research student, lecturer or practitioner in the library and information profession.

The committee meets three times a year (March, June/July, November/December) and communicates electronically in between meetings. Travel expenses are covered by the committee.
Over the next twelve months the committee are working on a number of activities including:
• developing a marketing / publicity strategy for the group
• developing / running a programme of events, activities, awards and prizes
• developing their new website https://sites.google.com/site/lirgweb/home

Please provide a short statement of your research areas of interest, why you would like to join the committee and the skills you could bring to the committee.
